tired of thinking

Yes I would admit that there was three months in my calendar this year (3 and a half to be precise) whereby I completely slacked in a job. All I did every working day including Saturday was to read news on cnn and bbc. and of course other countries' news. so yea of course I wasn't confirmed on that job. as in get confirmation.

oh man i never knew that liking someone can make you pray and trust God so much more than you ever did before. improved growth spurts in your prayers life - how else do you get it? (except when you have a crush or something)

aside from that, i have no idea why i actually went yesterday for pub crawl because i was actually undecided about going at the start. then i decided to go because maybe i could actually meet people and chat.

but of course this 'solving of all fears and insecurities' was done completely with prayer as going through God is far more accurate because even the guy you choose to like or fell in love with / have big crush on may be not the right one for you, so prayer does help.

full workout with american dragonboat team today. (the guy is not in same team). i am also kinda reddish on the upper arms and face. haha. was fun eh. they have a very american sense of humour. duh, what other type of humour?

things i learnt abt rushing around and caffeine

i realised about caffeine and rushing around

1) Tea with milk and ice (teh bing) makes me awake for 7 hours.
2) Rushing around after 8.30pm makes me awake too /wake up a few times at night.
3) english breakfast / assam / black / earl grey tea without milk keeps me awake for 8-9 hours from the time i drink it at night

Again, I will repeat what C.S.Lewis mentioned in one of his books: We cannot have physical affection without emotions. Ok that's for the Christian faith. I think it crosses other faiths as well.

We can't force chemistry...but we can take the opportunity when it presents itself or, get friends to influence them. Or create opportunities ourselves. ;)

you're not the only one studying now, interning or volunteering

i have like 5 friends (3 girls, 2 guys) who are volunteering or interning now. or doing their further studies now.
So sometimes we just feel we are the only odd one out doing our own thing but which we strongly believe in. but when you hear of stories of people also taking risks, forgoing their jobs, etc, as well, to do something greater, you'll see that what you do is "ok".
I'm so thankful for each and every person that comes into my life. if we manage to connect. or form a bond. or click. or complete a good project together. or study for something together. or go somewhere together, agreeingly.
There are still prayer items i have of course but sometimes it just needs courage from others, or myself, or needs adjustment from myself or others, or clarity of the situation which takes away lack of clarity, or simply, just for God to be in the centre of it all.

Writing on a blog practically becomes a so called shoutout online rite. so i will just talk on the surface.

ate soo much raw salmon direct from the packet yesterday. korean style. cool huh. ;) i realise the Koreans also pray with their arms...like moving their arms when praying - boxing-style?

interesting at church yesterday.

yay get salary by tomorrow.
